What You’ll Be Doing: Be part of a high-performing Employment & IR team handling premium disputes and advisory work. Lead drafting of enterprise agreements, contracts and workplace policies Conduct workplace investigations and represent clients in IR proceedings Advise on compliance, awards interpretation and remediation processes Support corporate deals with specialist employment law advice What You’ll Bring: 3-5 years’ PQE in employment law, industrial relations or commercial litigation Proven ability to manage workloads and deliver under pressure Strong drafting, research and stakeholder management skills A commercial, client-focused and solutions-oriented mindset Why Join?
