You'll conduct initial assessments, provide individualized therapy plans, collaborate with families, write progress notes and produce NDIS progress reports as required. Support: You will receive a $1000 annual professional development budget to use for external training and upskill in your area of interest. Additionally, you will engage in twice weekly in house team training where you can discuss challenges in your caseload with more Senior Speech Pathologists, in addition to weekly mentoring to ensure you are supported in your professional goals.
