ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor on a major infrastructure project in Auckland. This permanent, full-time role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project while building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. RESPONSIBILITIES: Resolve project issues and ensure compliance with procurement policies. Maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure contract compliance. Assist with commercial reporting and provide general support. Track variations, claims, delays, and instructions, and assist with formal claims. Meet client KPIs and work within strict deadlines. REQUIREMENTS: 4 years of experience in a commercial project environment. Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
