The Union Hotel is looking for an additional Sous Chef who will be working within an energetic, friendly environment, with dedicated Head Chefs and team who are fun and treat each other like a big family. We are looking for outstanding Sous Chefs who have experience working in a busy commercial kitchen across a variety of cuisines and styles, delivering good quality and modern innovative food. You; Minimum 3-5 years experience in a professional environment Minimum 12 months of experience in the Sous Chef role The skill to create menus that adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the venue's identity Strong knowledge of food safety protocols Able to work 5 days across a 7 day operation Hold a minimum Cert IV in Commercial Cookery qualification or trade experience equivalent Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation You will be reliable, dedicated, willing to continue learning and passionate Apply today!
