This is a fast paced and rewarding role, the Senior Employment Partner is the go-to person when it comes to providing guidance, coaching and support to staff across multiple sites. This role will see you providing direct person-centred services to customers experiencing significant barriers to employment, along with monitoring outcomes and ensuring achievement of organisational and customer-focused targets and goals. With no two days being the same, the Senior Employment Partner role will see you moving between providing tailored case management services, engaging with employers and service providers to building relationships within the community, leading small working groups with customers, advocating for customers to ensure their rights are protected and overseeing identified key metrics to ensure performance requirements are being met. You will Work in collaboration with site team members to achieve individual and team Key Performance Indicators Provide guidance, coaching and support locally within the sites Provide extended leadership within the region, as required by the Area Manager, including Acting as the Area Manager when the Area Manager is on leave Monitor customer intake within the area, ensuring the pending caseload is appropriately managed Manage a moderate caseload of 0-7 hour Customers and lead/oversee the ‘Flexible’ service caseload delivery within the local area Undertake formal training in Customised Employment practice to support work with our complex caseload Deliver flexible, person-centred and tailored case management services embedding Customised Employment Principles Proactively build relationships within the community Offer guidance in the development of effective job searching, and provide expert assistance with tailored resumes, job applications and interview preparation Identify personal or professional barriers that may impact employment prospects or candidates, and refer customers or assist local staff to refer customers to external or internal stakeholders Assess customers ability to complete vocational training, and then refer to TAFE or other educational opportunities that align to their employment goals Undertake reverse marketing, job creation activity and bespoke job carving (applying Customised Employment Principles) Maintain accurate, detailed and up to date case notes and records for customers, ensuring case documentation is compliant with organisational and contractual requirements What will you need to succeed?
