The ideal candidate is warm, nurturing, and possesses strong organisational skills. What will the day-to-day look like? Welcoming new staff and ensuring they feel at home from day one. Guiding new and existing team members through our comprehensive Place Way training program, including REX, Engage, Irealty, Agent Flow, and more. Collaborating with HR to facilitate a seamless onboarding process, from computer setup to office tours and introductions. Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance onboarding and training processes, ensuring every team member has the tools they need to succeed. Spending the initial weeks with new staff, providing ongoing support and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Skills and Experience Needed Previous experience in Real Estate or onboarding roles is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for mentoring others. Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Familiarity with real estate systems or willingness to learn.
