About the Role Reporting to the Group General Manager in Sydney, you’ll oversee the day-to-day performance of a high-performing site with a team of 70 and 6 direct reports across production, maintenance, technical, environmental, and OH&S. With production volumes driven externally, the focus is on operational excellence, process efficiency, team leadership, and compliance — not chasing volume growth. You’ll work closely with head office leaders to implement industry-leading practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the site remains a benchmark for safety, quality, and performance.
