Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the Australian operations of a newly acquired business unit. This is a pivotal leadership role offering the unique opportunity to scale a high-growth business with start-up agility, balancing hands-on operational delivery with long-term strategic direction and growth. You will build Reporting to the Board and working closely with the CFO, the CEO will take full P&L ownership, drive integration across existing and new operations, and lead the business through its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will bring proven commercial and operational leadership, with a track record of building culture, developing capability, managing risk and leading in complex, evolving environments. The CEO will be a strategic problem solver and a trusted advisor to Tier 1 operators, with demonstrated success in representing the organisation as a credible ambassador. Skilled in developing networks, securing new business, and managing complex stakeholder environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and scale operations while maintaining service excellence and client satisfaction. Own and deliver against financial targets, safety metrics, and operational KPIs. Act as a visible leader internally and externally, representing the business with credibility and influence. Build high-performing teams and embed a values-led culture across the organisation. Oversee integration and change management efforts across business units and subsidiaries. Provide clear, actionable insights to support data-informed strategic decision-making.
