About the Role We're seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Back of House Manager to oversee stock operations at a high-performing Harbour Town store. In this key support role, you'll lead the BOH team, manage merchandise flow, and ensure operational excellence in line with company standards. This is a dynamic leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on structure, teamwork, and process all within a premium retail environment.
