What is the role? Diary management: anticipating conflicts and pre-empting them – sometimes across multiple time zones; Inbox management: action or address appropriate emails, flag high priority and important emails; Travel management: book and coordinate all necessary domestic and international travel; Client Management: maintain accurate client records, assist with onboarding and due diligence; Document management: prepare presentations and materials for meetings. Review and draft reports and other documents; Stakeholder management: manage internal and external communication on behalf of the Partners; and Budget management: manage expense reports and assist with billing and payments. What are we looking for? Proven experience providing EA support to senior leaders; Industry experience in professional or financial services; Proactive problem solver who looks to remain a step ahead; Superior communication skills with the ability to tactfully influence; and Meticulous eye for detail and ability to work with minimal margin for error.
