About the Role As Financial Reporting Manager, you will manage a high-performing team responsible for statutory reporting, monthly management reporting, forecasting, audit coordination, and continuous process improvement across both AU/NZ. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a collaborative Financial Reporting team, promoting a high-performance culture; Oversee accurate and timely preparation of monthly, half-year, and annual financial reports; Coordinate and deliver year-end statutory accounts, external audit processes, and compliance obligations; Drive the delivery of group-wide forecasts and investor reporting outputs in line with leadership expectations; Implement process and system improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, consistency, and efficiency; Provide clear and insightful financial commentary to senior finance leadership; Ensure consistent application of accounting standards and robust technical accounting practices; Maintain governance over the chart of accounts, GL coding accuracy, and financial systems (including Great Plains); and Liaise with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure alignment and timely deliverables. What We’re Looking For CA/CPA qualified with significant experience in a financial reporting or corporate accounting environment; Proven track record leading or mentoring finance teams in complex, multi-entity organisations; Deep understanding of statutory reporting requirements, accounting standards (AASB/IFRS), and audit preparation; Experienced with accounting software and reporting tools; Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a drive for continuous improvement; and Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and accountable mindset.
