About the Role My client are a global entity who are based in Wollongong NSW that are looking to implement the new National Code Gender based Violence. At present they have a strategic advisor in house who is developing the action plan and key requirements, this role is responsible for the deliver of the action plan across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead Implementation of GBV Compliance Plan: Drive the execution of a national compliance action plan aligned with the National Code for Gender-Based Violence, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to standard; Engage and Align Stakeholders: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, advisory bodies, operational teams, and community partners, to maintain alignment, accountability, and momentum throughout the project lifecycle; Manage Risk and Ensure Regulatory Alignment: Proactively identify and mitigate risks while ensuring that all initiatives meet national compliance standards and reflect best practices in gender-based violence prevention and response; and Drive Change and Communication Strategy: Champion a cultural and behavioural shift through clear, communications and a robust change management approach that supports sustainable, organisation-wide engagement.
