You'll provide expert guidance on asset reliability and develop innovative maintenance strategies that support comprehensive fleet management and longterm operational success. Some of your responsibilities will include:- Plan and manage preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of the equipment fleet.- Develop and implement maintenance strategies using technical data and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.- Coordinate and collaborate across teams and suppliers to ensure timely repairs, effective service delivery, and strong business relationships.- Oversee equipment lifecycle planning, including rolling replacement programs and whole-of-life asset decisions.- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, including warranty management and cost control initiatives. Mandatory qualifications and conditions- Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.- Valid Queensland 'C' class driver's licence or equivalent.- A reasonable amount of travel consistent with industry standards will be required throughout the State.
