About the role The Manager Accreditation & Monitoring manages the operations of a team that contributes to the delivery of the Office of the Children's Guardian accreditation and monitoring programs, systems and functions to maximise the effectiveness of the programs. We are seeking a strong leader to: Provide strategic leadership, support the Directorate in driving a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Consult and negotiate with key stakeholders to inform the design, implementation and ongoing review of the ongoing accreditation and monitoring programs. Develop and continuously review internal systems and processes for delivery of the accreditation and monitoring programs. Key knowledge and experience Delivering the accreditation and monitoring programs and recommending improvements to those programs. Managing complex assessments and sensitive feedback as well as providing informed and strategic advice and solutions, often within short time frames Essential Requirements Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience Employment at the Office of the Children's Guardian is subject to satisfactory completion of security and related screening.
