About the role and where you will be working: We are currently seeking a full-time rostering officer to create and maintain rosters for our Residential Care team in East Fremantle. You’ll quickly become part of a team that plays a very important role - maintaining staff levels ensures we can continue to meet accreditation / compliance requirements and deliver high quality care. This position is high volume rostering. More specifically, we’ll be asking you to: Arrange cover for sick leave, annual leave & unplanned absences. Schedule shifts in line with conditions outlined in our Enterprise Agreements. Respond quickly to problems & be prepared for the unexpected. About you: You would have prior Rostering or Scheduling experience. Most importantly, you really enjoy tackling problems, solving puzzles and helping other people with short notice requests. Must be proficient in excel and have good time management skills, Experience working in Pay Global or similar systems would be desirable. With a professional and friendly phone manner, you’re comfortable managing a high call volume. You can also easily juggle multiple priorities and are happy working at a fast pace.
