From school programs and private lessons to holiday camps, events and international tours — we offer diverse and exciting coaching opportunities for both aspiring and experienced tennis coaching professionals. About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Tennis Coach to lead a range of programs at Geelong Grammar School (Corio Campus) . Through your employment with Xsoar Perform, you’ll deliver school-based tennis (APS), private and group lessons, holiday camps, and support major Xsoar Perform events throughout the year. This role can be full-time, part-time or casual, depending on the candidate. Key Responsibilities Lead APS tennis program: training sessions, Saturday matches, trials, pre-season, and community events Oversee additional school tennis programs from junior to advanced levels Coach private lessons, squads and group sessions during term Co-lead school holiday training camps Represent Xsoar at events: tours, events, workshops and client activations Mentor and support the development of other coaches Essential Requirements 3 years’ experience in a coaching team Tennis Australia qualification (preferred) Tennis Australia Coach Member (preferred) Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma (or willing to obtain) Australian working rights Strong playing standard (preferred) Flexible with locations and hours Ability to coach all ages and levels Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Passion for tennis and student development Values aligned with Xsoar Perform: Integrity, Respect, Excellence, Thinking Differently, Team Work Peak Coaching Hours Term time: Before school: 6:45am – 8:15am Afternoons/evenings: 3:45pm – 8:45pm Weekends: Saturday or Sunday Some daytime hours may be required Holiday periods: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm Rosters are planned in advance with flexibility as needed.
