Full-Time Chef in Horseshoe Bay QLD 4819. Seebreeze Restaurant, located within the vibrant Bounce Magnetic Island venue, is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to join our team on a full-time basis. Our restaurant delivers a fresh and exciting menu to locals and travellers alike, offering a unique dining experience in a stunning island setting. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and execute meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service in the restaurant Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and food presentation standards Monitor and maintain food quality and consistency across all dishes Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory Train and supervise junior kitchen staff Contribute to menu planning and seasonal updates Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Requirements: Relevant Qualification At least 1 years of relevant experience as a Chef in a restaurant setting Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen procedures Ability to lead a small team and work efficiently under pressure Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays If you’re passionate about food and looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a beachside restaurant setting, we’d love to hear from you.
