We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Home and Community Care services in Dubbo. This 12-month contract is ideal for someone who thrives on building high-performing teams and delivering quality, client-focused care within the community. About the Role The Delivery Manager is responsible for the operational leadership of community-based aged care services across the region. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee service performance, compliance, workforce management, and financial accountability, while ensuring services remain person-centred, safe, and aligned with best practice. You will lead a multidisciplinary team including Team Leaders, Coordinators, Schedulers, and Clinicians, and work collaboratively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
