We are seeking an Operations Manager to support and optimise the high-performing sales division across three offices in Queensland. In this key role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Sales to lead daily operations and support a growing team of sales agents. Key Responsibilities: Manage approximately 20 sales agents, Contracts Administrators, and a Virtual Assistant Lead onboarding, system setup, and basic training for new sales agents Roll out new tech, platforms, and compliance changes across the sales team Drive ongoing sales process improvements and manage internal documentation (Agent Hub, workflows, Trello boards) Oversee lead allocation, data management, agent ledger tracking, and RiTA performance Coordinate team events including training sessions, quarterly breakfasts, and end-of-year celebrations Assist with recruitment of support roles and manage HR admin (licensing, CPD, key dates) Maintain smooth office operations across three sites, ensuring tech and supplies are up to date What We’re Looking For: Experience in real estate operations, sales support, or team management Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Comfortable working with digital tools, platforms, and process automation A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high attention to detail Why Join Us?
