The Opportunity: Testing & Commissioning Manager You are an experienced Testing & Commissioning Manager with a background in electrical engineering ideally and on-site delivery, to oversee the full commissioning scope across station buildings and rail integration with key subcontractors. This role is pivotal to integrating building services into the overall metro system, and you will manage subcontractors delivering MEP services and SAGE BAM—ensuring documentation is standardised. What We’re Looking For Electrical Engineering qualification preferred Construction delivery background across major infrastructure projects Experience progressing from delivery leadership into T&C leadership Background in rail or complex building systems projects Understanding of MEP systems and services integration into operational infrastructure Strong documentation and process management skills Confident managing subcontractors and system packages through to handover Ability to work closely with systems assurance and interface teams.
