My client’s is a rapidly growing independent Behavioural Optometrist practice located in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, that specialises in primary care, neuro-optometry and vision therapy, helping children and adults with learning difficulties related to vision, concussions, and brain injuries to improve their vision and quality of life They are looking for an optical dispenser who is ready to make a big difference to our patients’ lives, and who enjoys working autonomously in a destination practice. As a key patient ambassador, our dispensing team is responsible for supporting our patients select lenses and frames, sunglasses and accessories, reception, phone bookings, as well as pre-testing patients using OCT, ultra-wide camera and Visual fields when required. About the role: A minimum 3 years of optical experience required Optical Dispensing Cert IV is preferred Have a willingness to continue to develop professional skills A positive attitude, strong personal ethics and professionalism Lots of variety - never two days the same What’s on offer: Competitive salary up to $75K pro-rata Full-time role (a part-time role can be discussed) No weekend work, no late nights On the job training will be provided, plus comprehensive training and support. Paid education days, certifications, and conference opportunities.
