Are you a skilled Site Supervisor with experience in rural infrastructure or civil construction projects? We are currently seeking three (3) experienced Site Supervisors to join our client's high-performing delivery teams on two major civil infrastructure projects in the Western NSW region. Both projects are located near Lake Cargelligo, allowing for a shared and collaborative approach across teams. Position Purpose: • To supervise on-site delivery of project construction activities on behalf of the client (the Principal); providing the business with oversight that project work is completed safely, efficiently and to the specified quality standards. • To provide high level advice and guidance on construction related issues and to put safety first. • To collaborate with construction partners and provide coaching and mentoring where appropriate. Safety: ensure all activities are undertaken with the safety of our people as the number one priority and always role model safe behaviour. 2. Values: behave and make decisions in accordance with the Client Values at all times. 3. Ensure construction works are being undertaken in line with agreed processes and Management Plans. 4. Complete daily site logs and observations to a level of accuracy suitable for cost tracking, future dispute resolution, and incident investigation. 5. Attend and participate in daily pre-start checks to facilitate the identification and mitigation of key risks prior to the commencement of works. 6. Facilitate the planning and review of required work permits in advance of works being undertaken. 7. Undertake regular site inspections and safety walks, in conjunction with construction partners. 8. Provide advice and mentoring on construction related issues with a focus on HSEQ compliance. 9. Assist in the implementation of HSEQ documentation. 10. Work closely with the Client’s Assurance Lead to ensure that quality requirements are met. 11. Provide the Project Manager with timely, accurate and complete information about status of works on site and compliance with the agreed management plans, designs and contract requirements. 12. Attend various quarries where material supply is proposed to be used by the Contractor to inspect the material and operations to provide advice on suitability of material. Quarries likely to be within 2 hours travel of the works site. 13. Inspect and report on water levels in existing boreholes with the client's supplied instruments. Sounds like you?
