ABOUT THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU We’re looking for a proactive and personable Property Manager to join this great office. In this role, you’ll manage a well-maintained property portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include: Portfolio Management : Oversee a select group of properties with care and attention. Client Relationships : Build strong, trust-based relationships with landlords. Communication : Respond promptly and professionally to tenant and landlord enquiries. Maintenance Coordination : Organise repairs and maintenance to keep properties in top condition. Lease Renewals & Arrears : Manage lease renewals and proactively follow up on arrears. We’re looking for someone who shares their values and brings: Integrity : You act with honesty, transparency, and always in the client’s best interest. Organisation : You’re detail-oriented and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. Communication Skills : You’re confident and clear in both written and verbal communication. Time Management : You meet deadlines and know how to prioritise effectively. Team Spirit & Independence : You work well solo but love being part of a supportive team. Client Focus : You’re passionate about delivering outstanding service. You will need: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience Agents Rep/Certificate IV in Property Be self-motivated, efficient, organised Dependable, honest & trustworthy Ability to manage your time Excellent written & verbal communication skills A positive can-do attitude Must own a reliable car & hold a current driver’s licence Salary depending on experience will be circa $70,000 - $85,000 Super.
