As the Garment Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring every piece delivered to market upholds the brand’s high standards for quality, fit, and effortless appeal. You’ll work side by side with the Design and Product teams, playing a crucial role from the first prototype to final shipment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the fit process across all categories, from initial sample to production. Attend fit sessions, provide expert guidance, and manage all specifications and revisions. Communicate clear and detailed fit comments to suppliers throughout Proto, SMS, and Pre-Production stages. Liaise with offshore manufacturers on fit, pattern, and workmanship matters. Execute accurate grading across size ranges, maintaining clear tolerances and standards. Keep the development and production critical path on track. Continually seek ways to refine garment construction, fit, and quality. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a hands-on approach, and a genuine love for creating modern, minimal, and beautifully made apparel. You will bring: 4 years’ experience as a Garment Technician within the fashion/apparel industry. Formal qualifications in Design, Pattern Making, and/or Grading. Advanced understanding of garment construction, specifications, and tech packs. Solid experience with fabric testing and quality assurance. Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Clear, confident communication and supplier management skills. A solution-focused, detail-oriented mindset.
