About the Role: We are seeking a Telehealth Injury Management Team Lead in Triage Services for a national organisation in Melbourne. This is a unique opportunity to design, build, and lead a brand-new triage service from the ground up. In this hands-on and strategic position, you’ll initially provide direct phone-based support to injured workers while establishing the systems, protocols, and team structures needed to launch a high-performing service. Liaise with injured team members and provide them with timely support and injury management advice, and coordinate injury and claims management policies to achieve optimal work outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Injury Prevention Services, you’ll drive operational readiness, clinical quality, and commercial alignment. As the service grows, you will lead a team of triage consultants, manage performance, and ensure delivery of clinically excellent and client-focused services This is a full-time, permanent position.
