We’re seeking an experienced and trend-aware Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of seasonal fashion ranges. You'll work closely with large accounts to bring trend driven, commercially successful product to market. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Build and execute seasonal product strategies across womenswear apparel categories. Product Development: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product development, from concept to launch. Including range building, CAD development, design briefs, sampling, fit approvals and pricing, while ensuring all product meets commercial, aesthetic, and quality standards. Critical Path Management: Drive the product calendar and ensure all milestones are met on time and within budget. Account Management: Manage relationships with key retail accounts, ensuring product ranges are tailored to their customer profiles, commercial targets, and seasonal needs. Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor global trends, consumer insights, competitor activity, and sales data to inform product direction. Sustainability Focus: Contribute to and support sustainability initiatives in materials, sourcing, and manufacturing where applicable. Supplier Management: Build strong relationships with offshore vendors and sourcing partners, ensuring product quality and margin requirements are met. Performance Tracking: Analyse product performance to influence future ranges, pricing, and markdown strategies. What We’re Looking For: 5 years experience in product development / product management in the fashion industry. A strong commercial eye and understanding of current fashion trends and customer preferences. Proven experience in building cohesive ranges with a focus on margin, speed to market, and brand identity. Solid understanding of garment construction, fabrications, costing, and sourcing.
