Tell me about this role: We are currently looking for NV1 cleared Governance & Reporting Officer to conduct periodic reviews to ensure that project teams are adhering to governance requirements within the project. This position focuses on program-level progress, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. What will I be doing day to day? Schedule, facilitate and track decisions and actions arising from governance meetings (e.g., steering committees, program boards). Coordinate program input into governance forums including Integrated Project Team, Program Steering Group, and PPRIP. Liaise with senior stakeholders and clients to provide program governance updates. Coordinate with the Risk Officer to ensure risk communications align with the governance strategy Develop program staff knowledge and skills in governance to ensure knowledge and know-how retention within the Branch. What sort of skills do I need? Experience within the Defence industry. Strong communication skills. Process orientated with good attention to detail.
