We’re working with one of Australia’s most recognised and successful specialty homewares retailers to find a talented Product Developer to join their growing team. As part of the homewares division, you’ll support the development and delivery of commercially successful bedding, bathroom, and soft homewares ranges. The role spans two major brands within the business and sits within a highly collaborative, experienced team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for product and a love of retail who wants to work in a fast-paced, creative, and people-first environment. Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end product development, from concept through to production, across multiple homewares categories Liaise with domestic and international suppliers for sampling, pricing, packaging, and artwork approvals Assist in managing product documentation, including order files, test tracking and product reviews Conduct quality checks on samples to ensure compliance with brand standards and customer expectations Collaborate cross-functionally with Buying, Design, and Planning teams to manage timelines and critical paths Assist in preparing product launch materials and tools for both retail and wholesale channels About You: 1–3 years’ experience in a product development, buying, or sourcing role within a retail or wholesale environment Background in homewares, lifestyle, or similar categories highly regarded Strong commercial mindset with solid cost and margin awareness Comfortable managing data, timelines, and product documentation across multiple ranges Proficient in Excel and product lifecycle systems (e.g., PLM or order management tools) Experience leading or mentoring junior team members is a bonus Why Apply?
