As we continue to grow, we are now seeking a Relationship Director to be based in Melbourne. The successful candidate will manage a commercial broker panel alongside the Avant Finance – On Balance Sheet growth objectives by professionally managing new and existing client relationships and growing additional specific relationships and by converting new business opportunities from our direct market. Key Responsibilities: · Business Development to establish and grow your client base · Pro-actively manage existing (client) relationships with reviews of pipeline and estimated deal flows.
