Hope Circle's next Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic direction and inspirational leadership for the organisation. The CEO will be responsible for driving the overall growth, operational efficiency and the strategic direction of Hope Circle. A key focus of this role will be on strengthening relationships with stakeholders, including Support Coordinators and the Office of the Public Advocate, expanding the client base and restructuring the organisation to support scalable and sustainable growth. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning service delivery, compliance, marketing and administration. The successful candidate will be a proven executive with strong NDIS knowledge in a multi-faceted service organisation. Your strategic mindset and commercial acumen will be complemented by your collaborative leadership style, professionalism and strong ethics. You must have a proven track record of managing a team in a changing environment, including experience in fostering a culture that has resulted in high quality outcomes. As a strong communicator, who exudes warmth, empathy and authenticity, it is vital that you have the ability to establish trusting relationships with clients and their families, employees and a broad range of external stakeholders, including relevant government agencies, state federal and local government representatives and industry bodies. Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline are essential with post graduate qualifications being highly regarded.
