Columba Catholic Primary School Bunyip is seeking a faith-filled, inspirational, and dynamic Deputy Principal to work in partnership with staff, students, and parents. The Deputy Principal supports the principal and leadership team in managing planning, delivery, evaluation, and improvement of education for all students. The role involves working closely with the principal to enact strategic directions aligned with DOSCEL priorities: Enlivening faith education and Catholic identity Improving learning outcomes for all students Strengthening and developing teacher practice, leadership, and capacity building Supporting effective governance We seek a qualified applicant with leadership experience and aspirations for principalship. The position is initially fixed-term for three years, with potential renewal, and includes ongoing employment as a teacher.
