To support this growth, we’re looking for a skilled recruiter to be on-site, closely partnering with studio leadership to find the right talent for our creative teams. Gameplay in action: your role Handle end-to-end recruitment, ensuring smooth hiring processes from job posting to offer acceptance. Collaborate closely with the Studio Manager and Directors to understand hiring needs. Use LinkedIn with a focus on sourcing to actively build pipelines and engage top talent. Work with Smart Recruiters and Workday for applicant tracking and hiring management. Occasionally contribute to global HR projects when capacity allows. Level up: 3/6/12 months milestones 3 months: Build strong pipelines and make key hires while learning studio needs. 6 months: Support steady recruitment as hiring ramps up toward 2026. 12 months: Participate in international recruitment projects or Diversity & Inclusion initiatives like training managers. The team you’ll join Join a collaborative HR team including an Admin Specialist and Learning, Development & Community Partnerships Specialist, led by the HR Manager.
