Pharmacist - Full Time SALARY RANGE $95,000-$105,000 Come and join our pharmacy team at Pharmacy 4 Less Watsonia. We are a well-established retail pharmacy in Watsonia. We have strong ethics and are progressive in thinking. We are looking for a passionate, dynamic hard-working Pharmacist with knowledge, experience and passion to join our great team on a Full Time Basis. Hours: 38 hours per week combining daytime, afternoon and weekend shifts The prime responsibility of the Pharmacist is to meet all professional and ethical requirements of pharmacists in the pharmacy. Along with providing exceptional customer care that develops relationships with customers, ensures continued repeat business and the long-term success of the Pharmacy. In this role you will be required to: · Accurate and efficient Dispensing of prescriptions · Professional patient counselling · Monitor the sale and dispensing of schedule medications · Build rapport with your customers and build customer loyalty · Ongoing communication with Medical Practitioners, Allied Health Professionals · We service several aged care facilities so experience in Aged care is preferred, but not essential · Experience in Z-Dispense Z-POS, Medimap eNRMC, & SureMed X, software packages preferred, but not essential · Participate in all professional services; Dose Administration Aids, Staged Supply, MedsChecks, Diabetes MedsChecks · Participate in Leave Certificate requests in store · Encourage Generics Substitution with all patients · Ensure you are offering the following services to all patients, Script of file, SMS script reminders and DAA's · Flu Vaccination accreditation experience preferred, but not essential Qualifications and Knowledge Required: · Pharmacy Degree · PDL Insurance is maintained · Current APRHA Registration · Maintain CPD points annually · Counselling skills · Product knowledge · Outstanding Customer service skills. · Strong communication skills · High level sales techniques You will be an ideal member of our team if you strive for excellence, give 100% to all customers and have experience as a Pharmacist.
