Your role Madgwicks Services Pty Ltd is seeking a legal assistant to join our busy Property team. This role will be supporting a Principal and Lawyers: Preparing various legal documents. Answering and administering all incoming phone calls, filtering calls, assisting with enquiries and collating and forwarding messages. End to end filing management including opening and closing files. Diary and appointment management. Liaising with clients. Billing and timesheet recording. Other administrative tasks as required to support the immediate Property team. What you need To be considered for this role you will have: a positive, proactive and flexible attitude; be able to pre-empt the needs of your operators; as well as: Three plus years’ experience in a legal environment. Preparing legal documents, reports and presentations, including the drafting of letters/emails and other correspondence. Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills. High attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Experience with iManage, Affinity, PEXA, PPSR, DocuSign and SRO Duties Online will be highly regarded, but not essential.
