With an average debt size of $10M - $40M, you'll focus on both property investment and development. Your mission? Win new customers and act as a trusted advisor to drive sustainable business growth. A knack for building and maintaining strong relationships Confidence in structuring construction and investment transactions A solid background in commercial lending, including cashflow lending and credit analysis Proven success in business development and acquiring new customers A well-established network of referral sources Why join us?
