Stan’s and Stanley are currently recruiting for an outgoing, hands-on Host to join the team! In this role you will drive the guest experience with a guest obsessed approached. You have a passion for entertaining and love a fast-paced environment. You will have a deep understanding of beverages and be confident in your approach to suggest fun new beverages to our guests. Key responsibilities include: Greeting and welcoming guests whilst creating a memorable first impression and dining experience Turning over tables and managing waiting times Maintain the reservation system Supporting leadership team What we are looking for: Previous experience hosting within a well-renowned restaurant (fine dining is an advantage) A background in high volume, quality hospitality business Engaging personal presence with outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills Energetic, charismatic and engaging personality A high standard of grooming Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts.
