Do you have an hour or two to spare each week or fortnight? We’re looking for a friendly and caring volunteer to visit a lovely older lady in Morpeth who would truly enjoy some company over a cuppa and a chat. She’s a warm and social person with a passion for embroidery, patchwork, and TV quiz shows. Your visit could make a real difference in her week – offering companionship, laughter, and friendly conversation. Your impact Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help older people feel less isolated. Your visits will bring great joy to the clients you are matched with.
