Role overview: We’re seeking a passionate and driven B2B Sales and Business Development Specialist to create sustainable commercial opportunities for our Social Enterprise sites. This role plays a key part in building business partnerships that generate meaningful employment for the people we support. The successful candidate will work across Mount Druitt, Castle Hill, and Seven Hills, with flexibility in scheduling but availability required for all three sites. Key responsibilities will include Identifying new opportunities for our organisation and the employees we support and developing them into profitable and sustainable client relationships. Drive effective client growth, acquisition, and retention strategies through ongoing account relationship management. Participate in forums related to the industry, conferences, and client discussions. Foster professional relationships within a diverse customer base. Drive commercial growth through identifying regional and inter regional commercial business opportunities. Support the transformation of Business Solutions to grow Supported Hosted Employment at pace to enable long term financial sustainability. What you can bring to the team A passion for sales and previous sales experience in a cold calling environment", and a proven track record in new business development is essential for success in this position Previous experience in Commercial sales & Cold calling is highly regarded. Demonstrated experience working in a commercial environment , building both new and existing customer relationships with a focus on profitability. Strong ability to influence and implement regional strategy in complex environments with professionalism and credibility. Ability to quickly build in-depth knowledge of the business, development practices, marketing activities, client base, and industry trends. Consistent track record of achieving revenue targets in a sales or business development role. Experience in the food industry & TGA is highly regarded. What We Offer: Salary Packaging Benefits!
