Datadog is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to drive channel and cloud partner marketing strategy and execution across the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region. In this role, you will work closely with regional partner sales teams and strategic partners to design and execute marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, accelerate deal cycles, and increase brand visibility in the ANZ market. You’ll report to the Senior Group Manager, Partner Marketing for APJ and be a key member of a high-impact partner marketing team. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute partner marketing programs with top cloud and channel partners in ANZ, including joint events, digital campaigns, and demand generation initiatives Align closely with ANZ partner sales leaders to support key regional priorities and drive new customer acquisition and pipeline growth Own the end-to-end execution of partner-led and co-branded marketing activities, from planning through to performance analysis Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, optimizing for impact and return on investment Localize global campaigns and ensure consistency with Datadog’s broader partner marketing strategy while adapting to ANZ market needs Collaborate cross-functionally with global partner marketing, regional sales, field marketing, and partner enablement teams Manage regional MDF (Market Development Funds) and ensure effective allocation to high-impact programs Who You Are: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus 5 years of partner marketing experience, ideally with a focus on cloud platforms and channel ecosystems in ANZ or broader APJ Proven ability to develop and execute partner marketing campaigns that drive measurable results Strong understanding of the partner landscape in ANZ, including cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and key resellers/distributors Strategic thinker with the ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes Excellent communication and project management skills; comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Desire to work in a high-growth, collaborative startup-like atmosphere Ability to travel up to 25% within the region Datadog values people from all walks of life.
