Reporting to our Tax Advisory Partner, the role will involve collaborating with a diverse client base, including high net wealth groups. Our tax advisory work covers a broad range, encompassing business purchase/sale transactions, business restructuring, succession planning, estate planning, corporate tax provisions and returns, indirect taxes, and international tax matters. What will your typical week look like? Specialist Corporate Tax experience, in a Big 4 or mid-tier firm, or an equivalent role within industry Specialist experience in managing tax advisory and compliance for High Net Wealth Private Groups, including detailed knowledge of a range of entity types, such as, private companies, trusts and partnerships Relevant Accounting, Commerce or Law degree or Masters of Tax.
