About the Role: In this role, you will: Implement business systems to coordinate and manage high-level regional correspondence and complaints processes. Prepare complex reports, submissions, briefs, internal reviews, legislative appeals and official responses for the Minister, Director-General and regional leaders. Interpret and apply legislation, departmental policy and procedures with confidence. Assess, triage, manage, and quality-assure correspondence, ensuring departmental standards are upheld and stakeholder relationships are managed. Monitor and continuously improve systems and workflows to ensure deadlines are consistently met. Support your colleagues by providing constructive feedback and contributing to a positive and high-performing team culture.
