About the Role We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bookings Administrator to cover a 12-month maternity leave contract. This is a key administrative role in our guest services team — ideal for someone who enjoys structure, thrives on accuracy, and takes satisfaction in helping others plan successful group experiences. You’ll be the first point of contact for booking inquiries, responsible for managing group reservations and ensuring that all details are recorded clearly and correctly. From confirming bookings and issuing documentation to liaising with our operations teams, you’ll help ensure guests are welcomed with clarity, care, and confidence. Key Responsibilities Respond to booking inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner Manage and maintain accurate guest bookings and records within our booking system Provide clear and helpful communication to group leaders throughout the booking process Liaise with internal teams to ensure guest expectations and operational needs align Assist with invoicing, receipting, and other administrative tasks Work proactively to prevent scheduling conflicts and last-minute surprises Support the broader guest services and admin team as needed About You You’re someone who brings calm to complexity.
