Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to support the Fleet department and Fleet Manager to manage of our company's fleet of vehicles. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and operated in compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and work well in a fast-paced team. Responsibilities: Liaise with Fleet Manager regarding internal vehicle audits to ensure adequate control and monitoring of fleet records; Oversee the internal claims management process to ensure all vehicles and repairs are actioned promptly and either returned to full utilisation or are terminated in line with defined policies (i.e. Total Loss vehicles). Includes party and AF insurer, where required. Manage and co-ordinate servicing and preventative maintenance, vehicle recalls and fleet movements including transport requirements to meet IITR logistics needs Coordinate with vendors and other staff members to ensure that all vehicles are properly serviced and maintained Assist with the procurement and disposal of vehicles as needed Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards Assist the Fleet Manager with and provide regular reports for senior management Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers Qualifications: Ideally 1 years of experience in fleet management or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards Please feel free to reach out directly to Ross Buenaventura, Fleet Manager (ross.b@imintheright.com.au) to discuss any questions you may have.
