Banksia operates three business units including a retirement village of 121 independent living villas, an 80 bed residential aged care facility and a community care service. You will also guide, mentor and support care staff in the delivery of care to our residents. It is essential the applicant hold qualifications as an Enrolled Nurse. Demonstrated understanding and experience of the aged care sector will be highly regarded. Applicants will successfully pass a Police Check. Hourly rate up to $40.44 per hour, plus access to salary packaging (PBI) arrangements.
