Description What’s the role? This role will play a crucial part of the UNITE team. UNITE is our business-led, tech-enabled transformation, and a key priority for the Group. The Head of B&W Change Strategy & Execution, part of the Chief Transformation Office, will support the UNITE Business Design to help shape the UNITE program to drive commercial, customer and technology outcomes that result in a simplified bank. Lead end-to-end change management to deliver on the UNITE program’s strategic objectives for Commercial, SME, and Small Business Develop and maintain the overall change strategy and plan for B&W, including defining change objectives and risks, articulating customer and banker value propositions, and designing retention and readiness activities Design and deliver best practice change approaches for each initiative, including communications and training Coordinate UNITE communications, training, corporate affairs, marketing, and customer support across B&W to ensure optimal change outcomes Contribute to a single view of change across UNITE, non-UNITE, and BAU activity Engage with key stakeholders across distribution, operations, and product teams Ensure change delivery governance requirements are met Report on change portfolio execution to the GM, UNITE Business Design Drive change opportunities to optimise speed, cost, quality, and benefits realisation to meet Group strategic objectives and priorities What do I need?
