About The Role In this role you will be responsible for the management of the asset management system, oversee inspections and maintenance of assets, and have the opportunity to bring your ideas to develop strategies. Key responsibilities: Using the Asset Management System (CONFIRM, similar to IBM Maximo) to generate, schedule, distribute, close out, and follow up on inspections and maintenance works. Work as part of the asset team to ensure the smooth operation of the Motorway. Oversee the inspection and maintenance of various Motorway assets including bridges, roadside equipment, gantries, pavement. Assist with the development, implementation, monitoring, and review of an effective asset management strategy, and implement and monitor controls required for risk management. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient maintenance of assets. About You Our ideal candidate will have: Understanding of asset management and maintenance practices. Ability to analyse, interpret and use engineering or complex data. Proven ability to select appropriate data, analyse, interpret results, and summarise into reports. Degree in Civil Engineering, Data Science, or related field preferred. Previous experience in the roads industry would be highly desirable.
