Introduction Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL ) is a high-grade gold mine in Western Australia. The Bellevue mine has an estimated 10 year mine life forecast to produce ~150,000 Au ounces in FY26. Underground mining has occurred since late 2020 to establish multiple mining fronts that de-risks production with exploration potential expected to grow the current high-grade resource. The Bellevue Gold Mine is located approximately 30km north of Leinster township and sits in a major gold and nickel producing district. Description Reporting to the Supply Supervisor, you will assist with several supply related disciplines including warehousing, logistics, and inventory management. Your main duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Supporting the Supply Supervisor and Senior Supply Officer, to minimise the potential of mining and processing downtime by proactively managing stock levels of critical spares and consumables, in line with agreed warehouse min/max levels, to ensure availability when required. Picking and issuing of warehouse stock and issuing/delivering direct charge orders in a time efficient manner. Safe and efficient Forklift operation for unloading of freight deliveries and backloading freight as required. Effective processing of goods inwards, including unloading, unpacking, checking and receipting quantities against purchase orders and delivery documentation accurately. Preparation of despatch documentation of goods for back loading. Safe and effective packing and load restraint of goods to be despatched off site. Housekeeping of the warehouse, concrete apron, yard areas, forklifts and LV frequently, to promote a clean and safe workplace. Performing stock counts to agreed cyclic count schedules. Recording reagents and diesel tank levels daily and emailing to suppliers. Providing escort to non-inducted deliveries as required. Ensure warehouse bin locations are maintained and effective, with relocation of inventory items as required. Processing of Rotable / Repairable items to ensure prompt return to Inventory. Attend and contribute to supply handover, safety and PSI meetings. Reporting of hazards, conducting inspections of the warehouse area and freight deliveries prior to unloading. Handling/storing all Dangerous or Hazardous goods in accordance with Australian Standards and procedures. Reach truck operation to store and relocate pallets in the warehouse. Safe Forklift operation in accordance with legislation, regulations, and procedures for the delivery of goods around site as required. Liaising with site maintenance planning team, for preparation of major shutdown and weekly scheduled work order parts. Preservation of stored inventory as required. Skills And Experiences Key Skills/Qualifications/Experience/Competencies: LF High Risk Work Licence (Forklift) is required. C Class Drivers Licence is required (C-A minimum). HR Class Drivers Licence is desirable. Reach truck experience. Pronto ERP experience. Good understanding of Chain of Responsibility (COR) legislation and load restraint is desirable. Chain of Responsibility TLIF0009 and Load Restraint TLIA1001 certification is desirable. Certificate in Storage & Handling of Dangerous Goods. Understanding of general mining operations. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Strong customer service. Well-developed time management skills. Well-developed communication skills. Well-developed literacy skills.
