We are seeking a skilled and proactive Construction Project Manager for a fixed-term contract in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry. Based in Sydney, this role will oversee the successful delivery of construction projects for food & beverage facilities, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to high standards. Description Manage end-to-end delivery of construction projects, ensuring time lines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to align project objectives and expectations. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports. Oversee procurement of materials and services in line with project requirements. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations. Monitor and manage project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible. Coordinate site inspections and address any issues that may arise during the construction process. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and outcomes. Profile A successful Construction Project Manager should have: Proven experience managing construction projects of food & beverage facilities, preferably in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent project management and organisational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including contractors and senior management. Proficiency in project management tools and software. A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving objectives. Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Job Offer Competitive salary package in the range of $150,000 to $160,000, plus superannuation. 12 month Fixed term contract with possible opportunities for extension.
