Electrical Foreman - Switchboard Building Location: Meadowbrook, QLD Pay Rate: $53 - $55 per hour (Full-Time) Employment Type: Full-Time About Us: We are a well-established switchboard manufacturing company based in Meadowbrook, delivering high-quality electrical solutions across a variety of industries. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and hands-on Electrical Foreman to lead and support our workshop team. The Role: As our Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll be leading a skilled team of electrical tradespeople and apprentices in the assembly, wiring, and testing of custom-built switchboards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate switchboard assembly and wiring Lead and mentor a team of electricians and apprentices Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards Read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings Liaise with project managers and clients as required Assist hands-on when needed to meet deadlines Requirements: Proven experience in switchboard building (essential) Electrical Fitter Mechanic Licence (QLD) Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and a safety-first mindset Ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate: $53 - $55 per hour Full-time, stable employment with a growing company Supportive team environment Opportunities for future growth and advancement Ready to lead a skilled team and take pride in quality switchboard work?
