People focused management team with a strong team orientated culture The role Reporting directly to maintenance manager on site, you'll be responsible for the daily running of a team of up to 7 electricians and fitters. Your daily duties will include: Hands on position where you'll be leading from the front and working on the tools when needed. Building up the team with a hand in the recruitment process. Working alongside multiple port-based clients, you will be responsible for equipment installation, component change outs, commissioning work, preventative maintenance and statutory upgrades and checks of port equipment. Your skills and experience You will be a highly skilled trade qualified individual with a well-rounded knowledge of fault finding and repairs on port equipment and/or mobile plant. You will also have strong capability for running teams of trades and project delivery. Trade qualified (Heavy Diesel / electrical) Previous port-based experience (highly desirable) Proven ability with project delivery and highly technical positions. Ability to work in both workshop and field environments, work well under pressure with the ability to work in and run a team.
